ABOUT ME
I build things that don't exist yet: brands, platforms, destinations, experiences. That has been true at every stage of my career, across industries that look different on the surface but share the same underlying challenge: taking a complex vision and making it real.
I started in fashion, serving as brand director alongside Tim Gunn, Project Runway co-host and Chief Creative Officer at Kate Spade, developing multi-platform strategies that changed how women experienced fashion. I co-hosted events and runway shows and collaborated across CAA, Bravo, Lifetime, ABC and Simon & Schuster to hold a big, fast-moving creative vision together across every touchpoint.
From there I moved into some of the most ambitious built environments in the world. At the World Trade Center, I led experiential strategy for the $4B Oculus , developing pre-opening through post-opening programming for 100+ retailers and producing the first event ever held in the space, in partnership with CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. At Hudson Yards, I led events, activations, film and photo activity and culture-focused programming across the entire 12M square foot, $20B Phase 1 campus including Vessel, Public Square and Gardens, and The Shops + Restaurants. At the third-largest hotel owner-operator in the U.S., I oversaw experiences and brand partnerships across independent properties including the TWA Hotel and The High Line Hotel.
Today I serve as Principal, CXO and CMO at Knapp Capital Management, a platform developing district-scale, infrastructure-anchored environments across the U.S. and globally. As one of the founding principals, I am shaping KCM's strategy, voice, market positioning and the creative and capital frameworks that bring each project to life - from Virginia and North Carolina to Dubai and Tokyo.
Across all of it, the through-line has been the same: I operate at the intersection of vision and execution, in high-complexity environments where the stakes are high and the path forward has to be invented. That is the work I am built for and the work I am most proud of.
